Dear Santa,

Dear Santa,

During this season of joy and stress, I thought I would make your job a little easier. From my experience as a grad student, it seems like I always have lists of things to do and the never ending stress of it all. How did you manage a list that is a billion items long and with very little time to fulfill it? Props!

As I mentioned, my life revolves around two main things right now. First and foremost: my family. I love to spend time with my family. We watch movies and read books together. It's a great way to spend time together and relax after long days of school. Jaclyn and I are set to finish Breaking Dawn by Thanksgiving. What kind of books do you read for fun? Jaclyn and I like Disney movies. Did you see the new Wall-E movie this summer? I thought the animation was impressive and also had good morals. I think Austin would like it too.

The second think my life revolves around is grad school. I am finishing my first semester and have done well. Creating a school schedule for homework (8 a.m.-6 p.m.) and focusing hard during those times has helped a lot. I even pack a lunch everyday so we can save money. I also ride my bike to campus so save money and to save the environment. Do you see any effects of greenhouse gases up there at the North Pole?

Anyways, I really don't have major wishes for Christmas. I am thinking practical right now. Most of the things that I would want are simple: a new pocket hymnal (black or blue), a few new white athletic socks (mid length cuff, not too tall), the new Taylor Swift CD "Fearless" (or iTunes credit), some lunch items like granola bars or fruit cups, and maybe another non-white dress shirt would be nice

My wish list has other ideas, but I don't really need those right now. I mean I can daydream and dig for more, but I don't want to be excessive. I would like if you found me a good HR-internship for next summer, but that isn't going to be realistic for you.

Santa, Thanks for taking care of all of us. Who delivers your gifts? I think you should get some fun things too. Maybe we should celebrate a Santa Day in January. Just an idea..

Until next time,
David

Will you see Twilight? What's your favorite part of the books? I've heard about them but haven't read them. What's your favorite Disney movie?

I haven't seen Twilight yet, but we just finished the 4th book last night. My favorite part is the large confrontation in the 4th book. I don't know if we will see this movie in the theatre though.

My favorite Disney movie?...It probably depends on my mood, but I do consider Ratitouille one of my favorites.

What size shirts do you wear? Do you prefer a certain color? What about sleeve length?

Do you have an MP3 player?

Thanks for your help!

Re: Elves,
I'm a little confused, but I hope this helps.

The size of shirts depends on the make. Jaclyn took my measurements for details, but I generally run a medium. Dress shirts, I run a 16.5 neck, 32/33 sleeve length.

Jaclyn and I share a MP3 player. I listen to tunes on the computer at school, off online radios or CDs.

If you need more help, let me know.
