I guess it's getting kind of late to suggest gift ideas...I could try to blame it on being caught up in finishing my thesis, but honestly it's probably due just as much to the fact that I haven't come up with any good new gift ideas.

For the sake of suggesting something, here are two ideas. You should probably check with Lauren in case she gets them first:

1. A new toaster. A simple slot toaster would be fine. I like to have a slice of toast every day for breakfast.
   
2. A shoe holder that I can hang up. Caveats: One that hangs over the top of our closet door wouldn't be good. If I could hang it on a hook on the door or the wall, it would be great.
