Sorry I'm so late! I think I run by deadlines lately. Life has been exciting!

I try to keep lists simple, but I also want to give plenty of ideas to choose from.

I recently realized I'm a dreamer. I can do the little things, but on the big things I just dream and dream. I have a hard time getting the courage to go and do like learning new things, going new places, taking risks. Lately I've been dreaming again of working for American Girl in Wisconsin. Probably any design job would be nice. I told Lauren I'd move in to help paint their house next summer. Now I just need a San Francisco job.

I'm still searching for a way to learn tennis. And American Sign Language.

I've really enjoyed the experiences I'd had over the past few years, with family and independently. Having and recording those are important to me.

As for items:

I noticed that my iPod earbuds have been functioning poorly for several months. I need a replacement pair. Sometimes portable speakers are nice because I can take them to the dance studio.

I have been craving new shoes, especially boots. They must be safe- real traction to brave the ice!- but cute. Talk to Mama Santa, as we recently discussed boots.

I love mail. Note cards are handy for keeping in touch, and I'm always looking for more.

I love books, but I have a hard time buying. Libraries are too perfect. Not that bookstores aren't tempting. However, a magazine subscription might be fun, just for a year or so. I always peruse Mom's Threads, Family Circle, and even Oprah magazines when I'm home. Is there a good magazine for my profile?
