Look, I'm punny! ;)
I spend a lot of time around the house. I enjoy making recipes from the family cookbook a few years ago, but I'd love some recommendations of new ones to try! Chicken is by far the most available meat here, but I'm willing to try new things. I've already tried ribs, though, and I'm not a fan. I also prefer to avoid tomatoes in general unless they're in the sauce on my pizza.
Rechargeable AA batteries for my (Mom's old) camera would be nice, just so I don't have to wait for them to charge before using the camera.
Lately, I've spent a lot of time sewing and reading. Mom has a lot of good resources for the former, but a JoAnn gift card would be put to good use!
I get a lot of books from the library, but one that I've read and would like to own is Arthur W. Wiggins The Joy of Physics. Because I rushed through it so I could return it to the Murray library in time, I know I didn't get the electromagnetic concepts or anything after that, either.
On a nerdy note, I'm slightly obsessed with both the Fibonacci sequence and fractals in nature. Use that information how you will.
I can play a little piano, including some of the Hymns Made Easy. I'd like something with more pop music, but the difficulty may be difficult to balance. I made some great progress with "Sesame Street Theme" and "Rubber Duckie" from The Sesame Street Songbook (1971 edition) while at Scott and Jani's, so that would be a fun book to have. I've also played around a little with the guitar, but my skills are still very basic there.
Now that I have my phlebotomy certification, I would love to own (and wear!) a Sesame Street "The Count" t-shirt. He could be friends with Cookie Monster t-shirt!
I know it's a long list, but this way, you can choose something you'd like to give.
I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else has to say!
As Tiny Tim says, "God bless us, everyone!"
